Click or Crash
The Website Audit Show Where Real Business Sites Get Reviewed Out Loud - coming soon!
Click or Crash is a video-first website audit show and podcast where real business websites get reviewed out loud.
Hosted by Michele Cook of Body Ache Escape and Heather Lipe of Woodchuck Arts, the show grew out of two friends genuinely loving conversations about marketing, business, websites, and what makes people take action. We figured if we were already talking through these things out loud, we might as well use those conversations to help other business owners too.
Each episode looks at a real business website and asks: Will this website get clicks — or will the customer journey crash?
We review sites for clarity, design, messaging, user experience, trust signals, calls to action, SEO basics, and overall flow. The goal is to make website strategy easier to understand by using real examples, so business owners can see what works, what feels confusing, and what changes could help more visitors click, call, book, buy, or trust.
Click or Crash is kind, direct, practical, and built for small business owners who want their websites to do more than sit there looking pretty.
Hosts and Reviewers
Michele Cook
Michele owns Body Ache Escape, a brick-and-mortar massage and spa business. She taught herself what her business needed online to help people find her, understand her services, trust her expertise, and book. Michele brings the practical perspective of a business owner who knows a website has to work in the real world.
Heather Lipe
Heather owns Woodchuck Arts and started her career in graphic design before teaching herself how to build websites that actually work for her clients. She brings a designer’s eye for layout and branding, along with tech skills to help the websites convert.
Submit your website for a chance to be reviewed on Click or Crash!
We’re currently collecting websites for our first round of reviews. If your site is selected, we will share it on screen and talk openly about what is working, what feels confusing, and what could be improved.
The goal is to share these reviews publicly so other small business owners can learn from real examples. We are kind, but direct. This is meant to be helpful, practical, fun and educational — not embarrassing.
